Tahu Petis- Bisnis Kartini Masa Kini

Emansipasi wanita tidak hanya diperjuangkan oleh Kartini. Saat ini banyak Kartini modern yang juga berjuang lewat caranya masing-masing, seperti dilakukan Wieke Anggraini. Ia berusaha membuat wanita menjadi wirausaha tangguh, seperti dirinya yang berhasil menaikkan harkat dan derajat tahu petis.

Berwirausaha adalah keinginan Wieke Anggraini walau dia telah menduduki jabatan strategis di perusahaan tempatnya bekerja. Keinginannya memulai usaha sempat ditentang orang tua. Namun tekadnya tak pupus sampai keinginannya tersebut terwujud.

Wieke memahami mengapa orang tua keberatan dengan keinginannya untuk berwirausaha. Selain telah menduduki posisi strategis di perusahaan, dirinya juga memiliki pendidikan tinggi S-2 dari IPMI Bussiness School, Kalibata. Keinginan untuk berjualan tahu petis dianggap kurang bergengsi.

Rasa percaya diri dan dorongan suami terus membangkitkan semangat wirausaha Wieke. Bersama suami, Donny Taufik, dia kemudian memutuskan berbisnis kuliner jajanan pasar, tahu petis yang merupakan makanan khas Semarang.

Ia memulai usaha penjualan tahu petis pada September 2006. Dia menamakan usahanya Tahu Petis Yudhistira khas Semarang dan bertempat di pelataran parkir Pasar Tebet, Jakarta. Karena dianggap tidak berjualan di tempat yang tepat dan mengganggu kepentingan umum, gerobak tahu petis Yudhistira disita Satpol PP. "Kalau ada razia kami libur," katanya.

Ia memilih pasar sebagai tempat berjualan tahu petis karena percaya tempat ini paling strategis untuk menjaring pembeli. Perempuan kelahiran Semarang, Jawa Tengah ini ingin mengenalkan tahu petis ke masyarakat Jakarta. "Saya ingin tahu, reaksi masyarakat atas rasa tahu petisnya," kenangnya.

Tak tahan dengan kondisi usaha yang kurang aman, Wieke lantas berpindah tempat usaha ke mal. Bermodalkan Rp 3 juta, pada tahun 2006, Wieke memulai berjualan tahu petis di mal.

Tak disangka, tahu petisnya laris manis. Dia lalu melebarkan sayap bisnis ke segmen menengah atas. Dia berharap dengan menyasar segmen tersebut, maka tak hanya semakin membuat dagangannya laku, namun juga bisa mengangkat citra jajanan tradisional tahu petis sebagai makanan modern. "Kuliner Indonesia sangat kaya, namun jajanan pasar jarang dilirik pengusaha makanan," jelasnya.

Untuk mengangkat image tahu petis, Wieke fokus pada tampilan, kemasan, cara penjualan, lokasi dan strategi pemasaran. Cara-cara ini cukup ampuh mengangkat Tahu Petis Yudhistira sebagai jajanan pasar yang digemari masyarakat ibu kota.

Keberhasilan Wieke membawa brand Tahu Petis Yudhistira membuatnya menjadi salah satu dari sekian banyak perempuan wirausaha tanah air. Keuletan, pantang menyerah, jeli melihat peluang dan tak takut berinovasi mengantarkan ibu satu anak ini menjadi pengusaha tahu petis nan sukses.

Atas keberhasilannya, pada tahun 2008, Wieke meraih juara kedua ajang pengusaha wanita Indonesia yang diselenggarakan Majalah Femina. Wanita murah senyum ini telah membuktikan bahwa makanan tradisional dapat bersaing dengan makanan modern.

Selain berbisnis dan menjalani peran sebagai istri dan ibu, ia juga anggota organisasi Women Entrepreneur Club. Ia juga kerap berbicara diberbagai seminar kewirausahaan.

Peran yang kompleks dimaknai Wieke sebagai seorang Kartini masa kini. "Saya telah ambil bagian sebagai wanita pembangun perekonomian bangsa lewat Tahu Petis Yudhistira," tuturnya.

Selain memajukan bisnis, lewat pengetahuan yang dia miliki, Wieke berharap bisa mendukung program wanita berwirausaha. Menurutnya, wanita pengusaha telah menjadi fenomena saat ini. Banyak perempuan yang berhasil menjadi pengusaha tanpa melupakan peran sebagai seorang istri dan ibu.

Walhasil, perempuan telah menjadi salah satu penyumbang kemajuan perekonomian Indonesia. "Ada berbagai motivasi yang membuat perempuan memulai usaha, termasuk faktor ingin membantu ekonomi keluarga," katanya.
